Patricia Huang

President — Patricia is a novelist and short story writer based in Vancouver. She has served on the FBCW board since 2019 and is passionate about connecting emerging writers with mentorship opportunities.

Michael Redford

Vice President — Michael writes historical fiction and teaches creative writing at UBC. He oversees FBCW's workshop programming and retreat planning.

Raymond Holt

Treasurer — A poet and retired accountant from Victoria, Anita ensures FBCW's financial health while contributing to the literary community he loves.

Secretary — James is a Métis writer from the Okanagan whose work explores Indigenous identity and place. He coordinates FBCW's writing circles program.

Claire Dawson

Director, Communications — Claire is a freelance editor and nonfiction author in Burnaby. She manages FBCW's social media, newsletter, and WordWorks submissions.
